Part-Time Administrator

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Administrator to join an established logistics business based in Aberdeen on a part-time basis.

Our client operates a busy transport and distribution operation, requiring a reliable and organised individual to support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business.

What’s on offer?

• Ongoing part-time position
• Monday & Tuesday, 7am to 4:30pm
• Paid weekly at £13 per hour

As an Administrator, your duties will include:

• Inputting and updating information accurately within internal systems
• Checking documentation for accuracy and keeping records up to date
• Maintaining organised filing systems, both digital and paper-based
• Handling incoming emails, calls and general enquiries
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the wider team

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
• A reliable approach to work, both independently and as part of a team
