Looking for work is hard enough without the job site making it harder. The big boards bury you in duplicate adverts, hide the pay behind "competitive", leave stale roles up for weeks, and then ask you to fill in the same form for the hundredth time. We built yournextjob because searching for a job should feel like it is on your side.
We are a straightforward proposition. Free to search, free to apply, and free for employers to post. We cover every sector, from driving, warehouse and care to hospitality, retail, office, tech and the trades, all in one place. And we are mobile first, so you can find and apply for your next job from your phone in the time it takes to make a cup of tea.
What we believe
These are not slogans. They are the rules we hold ourselves to, and you can check us against them.
Free, and staying that way
Free to search, free to apply, and free for employers to post a job. There is no premium wall between you and the next role.
Every job is real
We moderate listings and remove duplicates, so a search returns genuine, current vacancies rather than the same advert five times over.
Pay shown up front
We ask employers to state the salary, and we show it clearly on the listing. You should know what a job pays before you apply, not after.
Fresh, not stale
New jobs land every day and old ones expire, so you spend your time on roles that are actually open, not adverts that closed a month ago.
Apply in a swipe
Save your details once, then swipe right to apply and left to skip. Applying for a job should take a thumb, not an afternoon.
Your data is yours
We never sell your personal data or your CV. We only share an application with the specific employer you chose to apply to.
Taking on the big job sites, honestly
We are not going to pretend we have more jobs than a giant like Indeed. What we can do is respect the time you spend here. On the big aggregators, the incentives are back to front: more clicks and more sponsored adverts are good for them, even when they are frustrating for you. That is how you end up with pay hidden behind estimates, the same role posted by six agencies, and "apply" buttons that bounce you through three more sites.
We would rather be smaller and better. Where a job comes from another site, we say so and send you straight to the source. Where an employer pays to promote a listing, we always label it clearly as boosted or featured, and it never jumps the queue by pretending to be a better match than it is. Honest ranking, honest labels, honest pay. That is the whole idea.
How we pay for it
A free job board still costs money to run, so here is exactly how we keep the lights on. Employers can post jobs for free, and if they want extra reach they can pay to boost a single listing or feature their company. Those paid placements are always marked as such, and paying never buys a better position in a genuine relevance search. We do not charge jobseekers a penny, we do not run advertising or tracking on the site, and we do not sell your data. If we ever add a paid feature for jobseekers, it will be optional and it will never gate the basics: searching and applying stay free.
Where we are today
We are early, and we would rather grow the right way than inflate the numbers. Here is an honest snapshot of the board right now.
Whether you are after your first job, a change of career, or your next step up, we want yournextjob to be the fastest, fairest way to find it. If something on the site could be better, we genuinely want to hear it, so please tell us.
