Budget to reach

What a budget can push

We spend at least £10 pushing each advert, so your budget decides roughly how many adverts it can actively promote at once. These figures are a guide, not a guarantee: real reach depends on the roles, the pay on offer, and how many people are searching.

Start a campaign

£50 budget

Actively pushes about 5 adverts across 30 days.

£250 budget

Actively pushes about 25 adverts across 30 days.

£1,000 budget

Actively pushes about 100 adverts across 30 days.

£5,000 budget

Actively pushes about 500 adverts across 30 days.

Our promise on paid placement

When an advert is promoted, jobseekers always see a plain "Promoted" label on it. We never dress paid reach up as an organic result, and the ranking still respects the searcher. A budget gives your roles a lift, it is never a way to bury a better job that pays more or fits the search more closely.

Questions employers ask

Is posting really free?

Yes. You can post as many jobs as you like, for as long as you like, without entering any card details. A sponsored campaign is optional, for when you want a role in front of more people.

How does a sponsored campaign work?

You allocate a budget, from £10 up to £10,000 or more, and we generate a short campaign code. Paste that code into any of your adverts to enrol them. Our algorithm then pushes those adverts against your budget and paces the spend evenly across 30 days. You never set a bid or a cost per click, the budget is the only number you choose.

Why is there a minimum of about £10 per advert?

It takes around £10 of budget to push a single advert well over a month. So a £50 budget can actively promote about five adverts, and £500 about fifty. Spread a small budget across too many adverts and none of them get enough to make a difference.

What am I actually paying for?

Real performance, not views. We price each result behind the scenes and only draw from your budget when a campaign delivers. Impressions never cost you anything, and a campaign can never spend more than the budget you set.

Can I cancel or change my mind?

Any time. Pause a campaign whenever you like from your campaigns page and it stops spending straight away. You can raise or lower the budget too, and a paused campaign never spends a penny.

Will a promoted job push better jobs down?

No. Promoted adverts are always labelled "Promoted" and the ranking still respects what the jobseeker searched for. Promotion gives your role a lift, it is never a way to outrank a genuinely better match.
