School Administrator – Sheffield

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Temp to Perm

Provide Education are recruiting for experienced School Administrators to work within schools across Sheffield.

We’re looking for organised and approachable individuals who are confident working in a busy school office and can provide reliable day-to-day administrative support.

Key duties may include:

• Managing reception and dealing with parent and visitor enquiries
• Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
• Maintaining pupil records and attendance
• Using school systems such as SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor
• Supporting admissions and general school administration
• Handling confidential information and safeguarding documentation

Previous school administration experience is highly desirable.

Applicants will require an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
