School Administrator – Rotherham

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Temp to Perm

Provide Education are looking to speak with experienced School Administrators for opportunities across Rotherham.

These roles are ideal for candidates who have worked within a school office and are comfortable supporting staff, pupils and parents in a fast-paced environment.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Providing front-of-house and reception support
• Managing calls, emails and general enquiries
• Updating attendance and pupil information
• Using SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor or similar school systems
• Supporting admissions, letters and school communications
• General administrative support for the wider school team

Previous experience working within a school administration environment would be an advantage.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
