School Administrator – Barnsley

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Temp to Perm

Provide Education are currently recruiting School Administrators to support schools across Barnsley.

We’re looking for friendly, organised and reliable candidates who can confidently support the day-to-day running of a busy school office.

The role may involve:

• Reception and front-of-house duties
• Communicating with parents, staff and external agencies
• Monitoring attendance and updating pupil records
• Using school management systems such as SIMS, Bromcom or Arbor
• Supporting admissions and school communications
• General office administration and data entry

Previous school-based administration experience is preferred, although candidates with strong transferable administration experience may also be considered.

You will need an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
