School Administrator – Doncaster

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Temp to Perm

Provide Education are recruiting for School Administrators to work within schools across Doncaster.

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience working in school offices and can confidently hit the ground running.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing the school reception and greeting visitors
• Handling telephone and email enquiries
• Attendance monitoring and pupil record management
• Using SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor or other school systems
• Supporting admissions and school communications
• Liaising with parents, staff and external agencies
• Providing general administrative support across the school

Previous experience within a school office or education setting is highly desirable.

Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
