Assistant Sales Manager

Dove & Hawk are working alongside a multi-branch independent agency. They have begun searching for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for their established Forest Hill office. This role suits someone with 2-3+ years’ experience who wants to grow into an assistant sales manager from a senior.

Duties/Function of the role:

• Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Manage, motivate and develop the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs and conversion rates.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Train and support new sales team members.
• Assist with setting and achieving sales targets.
• Monitor customer enquiries and ensure leads are followed up.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare sales reports for senior management.
• Lead the sales team in the Sales Manager’s absence.

Requirements of the role:

• 3+ years’ experience working in another property sales role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Immaculate presentation.
• A confident and personable approach to property sales.

Salary Budget: £30,000 + on the Basic, £50,000 OTE. – A car is needed for this role.

Required working hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am-6 pm and 9 am- 5 pm on Fridays, Saturdays to be discussed.
