Position: Reception (Guildford 7-8-9/10)
Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Guildford

Pay rate: £13.33 an hour

Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first point of contact
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and issuing passes
• Answering and transferring calls in a professional manner
• Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for meetings
• Handling incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
• Supporting employees and guests with general enquiries
• Maintaining a tidy, professional, and well-presented reception area
• Assisting with administrative tasks and office support duties
• Managing visitor logs and ensuring security procedures are followed
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
