Appointment Setter Stairlift Industry, Sales, Lead Generation Bradford Salary: 26,000 Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join a well–established stairlift engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator to generate leads, contact prospective customers, and arrange appointments to support business development and sales growth. The Appointment Setter Role Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities Identify potential clients and arrange appointments for the sales team Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospective customers Build rapport with clients, building owners, and managing agents Explain the company's services and identify customer requirements Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead information Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities Meet call, appointment, and lead generation targets Manage follow–ups and maintain an organised sales pipeline Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every call The Appointment Setter Candidate Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service would be advantageous Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers Target–driven, resilient, and motivated to generate new opportunities Strong relationship–building and listening skills Organised, with the ability to manage leads and follow–ups effectively Comfortable using CRM systems and recording customer information Proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a successful sales team Apply for the Appointment Setter position: For a confidential conversation, call Kirsty Reeves on (phone number removed) (Option 4, Monday–Friday) Send us your CV by email – Marmon Lift Recruitment is passionate about understanding what truly matters in your next move before you begin an application or interview process.
