Job Overview
Supply Staff Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools in Taunton and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity for supportive, motivated individuals who want to help pupils engage with lessons, develop their skills and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Help teachers deliver engaging and accessible learning activities.
Provide individual and small-group assistance where needed.

Promote positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with teachers and other school staff.
Requirements
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
A supportive, patient and proactive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
