Regional Fleet Business Manager (10 month Maternity Cover) – 56579 – £27.38/hr Umbrella Rate (Inside IR35)

As a Regional Fleet Business Manager, you’ll own customer relationships, drive Passenger and Commercial Vehicle sales, and help shape outcomes across a hybrid, office-and-field setup in Dunton and the wider UK. Location:

You’ll be based in Dunton, Essex, working a hybrid pattern of Monday in the office, three days in the field, and one day from home, with travel across the UK.

What You Will Do:

– Drive car and commercial vehicle sales objectives through order-take, registrations, and proactive account management as Regional Fleet Business Manager.

– Deliver clear, regular sales forecasting by customer, including weekly updates that support annual planning.

– Professionally represent the Fleet proposition by leading customer-led engagement and owning issues through to resolution.

– Review competitiveness and performance, taking decisive action to maximise volume and profit opportunities.

– Lead deal renewals and secure internal approvals to support smooth progression of commercial opportunities.

– Coordinate effectively across the supply chain, including dealers, converters, and leasing or vehicle management partners, to ensure customer success.

What You Will Bring:

– Proven experience as an Account Manager, ideally within sales or marketing for an OEM, automotive, or blue-chip environment.

– Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels as Regional Fleet Business Manager.

– Resilience and adaptability, with a growth mindset and a results-driven approach to competing priorities and deadlines.

– Confidence using MS Office and experience working with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to keep forecasts and activity sharply focused.

– A current, valid full UK driving licence and readiness for travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
