About the role
Our manufacturing client based in the Fens is looking to recruit a sales manager on a fulltime permanent basis. This role is working for a division of a much larger organisation. This role will be a split between office and field. Realistically 2 days on the road per week. A fully expensed car is provided. Working alongside the Estimating manager you will price up quotes that are either incoming through existing clients but also through targeted sales both phone and face to face which you will be responsible for. When going to clients you will be measuring up jobs taking all the information back to the estimator who will then price the job based on your findings and your guidance so an attention to detail is important.
This role would suit someone who has several years sales experience who can demonstrate a good sales track record in bringing in the sales. Industry knowledge is not relevant for this role as full training will be given as its about the right salesperson. A full job description is available for all suitable candidates.
The role is Monday to Friday and the base salary is between £30k to £35k with uncapped commission but realistic OTE in the first year is circa and Additional £10k but it could be more.
