About the role
Bookkeeper
Part-time (24 hours per week)
Oxford (Office based)
£27 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Organise and execute all financial matters
- Responsible for day-to-day finance administration
- Enter all invoices into Quickbooks
- Issue refunds as needed
- Collate salary information and pay monthly salaries through online payments
- Answer any staff queries
- Maintenance contract payments
- Be first point of contact for the bank
- Produce monthly bank reconciliation
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Manage petty cash
The ideal candidate:
- Charity experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders and teams
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Varied finance experience and the ability to adapt to adhoc requirements
