About the role
Role Purpose
As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners and the wider paraplanning team to efficiently implement financial advice. You will own key stages of the new business process, maintain meticulous client records and ensure everything is processed accurately, promptly and compliantly to directly drive better client outcomes.

- Client records & operational accuracy: update and maintain complete client profiles within our primary back-office system (CURO), proactively actioning system tasks, resolving exceptions and managing data control reports
- Planner & client support: assist Financial Planners by actively chasing pipeline business, prepping materials for upcoming client meetings and handling phone enquiries from clients and external partners professionally
- Compliance & continuous improvement: identify operational improvements to simplify existing processes, uphold rigorous regulatory standards and escalate any client complaints or material issues promptly

- Background: proven experience working in financial services, a national advice business, or a similarly regulated environment
- Role experience: previous success working as a Client Administrator or in a comparable, client-focused financial administration position
- Technical skills: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience using the CURO back-office system or provider platforms is highly beneficial, though comprehensive system training will be provided
- Core attributes: exceptional written and verbal communication, excellent time management, careful handling of confidential information and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
