About the role
AO - Admin Officer - DOWNPATRICK
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Location: Downpatrick Court House
Start Date: ASAP
Expected Duration: 04/05/2027
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm: Monday to Friday. Full time office based.
Requirements: 5 GCSE'S C and Above (Including Maths and English). Admin ad customer service experience preferred.
Main Duties include:
There are 2 AO posts based in Downpatrick Court Office which provides administrative support to criminal, family and civil court business. Duties are dependent on the team to which the post holder is assigned, however they typically include the following: General office duties, Processing cases on to ICOS (Integrated Court Operations System), Use of IT systems, Dealing with general telephone queries, Dealing with members of the public & legal profession within the court environment, Preparing documentation & files for court, Records Management, Ensuring that all information is managed securely in accordance with the appropriate policies.
