Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Oxfordshire | Salary: Negotiable + bonus and benefits | PQE: 5+
An established, friendly high street law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful Commercial team in Oxfordshire.
You'll manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, work closely with the Head of Commercial and play a part in the department's continued growth.
The Role
Your caseload will include:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases, including new lease terms, renewals, assignments and underletting
- Lease termination, forfeiture, protected tenancies and contracted-out leases
- Development agreements, options, conditional contracts and overage
- Easements, restrictive covenants and agricultural tenancies
- Related commercial contracts and business development

About You
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 3+ years' relevant experience

- Commercially minded, client-focused and confident managing your own caseload
- Interested in building client relationships and supporting departmental growth
