About the role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global animal health business looking for a Rebates Administrator to become part of their UK & Ireland team. They looking for a highly organised, analytical candidate to manage rebate programmes, support customers and ensure their data and processes run smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Manage rebate programmes, customer data and CRM records
- Process and analyse rebate and FOC claims, investigating discrepancies
- Handle customer and internal rebate queries
- Produce reports, statements and accounting uploads
- Maintain rebate tracking and provision data
- Work with IT and internal teams to resolve CRM issues
- Rebates Administration

What you’ll bring
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- CRM/database experience — Salesforce desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
