Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Telford

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years’ PQE to join its established Telford team.

The Role
Working alongside a Partner and other members of the team, the successful residential conveyancer will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
The role will include:
- Managing sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold
- Handling re-mortgages, shared ownership and Right to Buy matters
- Dealing with country properties, leases and easements
- Providing excellent client service throughout
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and best practice requirements
- Supporting colleagues and sharing best practice
- Assisting with business development activities where required
About You
You will have:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- 5+ years’ post-qualified experience in residential property conveyancing
- Experience managing a varied residential property caseload
- Strong communication, negotiation and client management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team
