About the role
Residential Property Solicitor
Coventry | Full-Time/Permanent
An established and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and supportive conveyancing team.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, shared ownership and new-build transactions.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential conveyancing (PQE)
- Strong knowledge of residential property law and CQS
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively under pressure
