Purchasing & Accounts Administrator

Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well established and successful family business based in Weston-super-Mare. They are currently looking for a Purchasing & Accounts Assistant to join their team, coving elements of both procurement and general transactional accounting tasks.


Duties include:

• Liaising with suppliers to order required stock on a daily basis, building strong working relationships
• Maintain stock inventory, updating the system with deliveries and resolving discrepancies
• Processing all purchase invoices onto the accounts system, resolving any queries
• Raising sales invoices to customers and liaising directly with them to resolve any queries and chase any outstanding monies
• Acting as first point of contact to the business, covering reception
• Ad-hoc duties as required

In return this role offers a salary of circa £27k, plus a bonus based on company performance, 24 days holiday plus banks, 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 5:00pm on a Friday.
