About the role
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for a growing business who are looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team.
Part time 9.30am - 2.30pm, fully office based.
This is a varied role supporting different areas of the business, including purchasing, Health & Safety, training, accounts and general administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining purchasing and delivery records
- Supporting Health & Safety administration
- Coordinating training and maintaining records
- Processing timesheets and workshop paperwork
- Arranging plant and equipment hire
- Posting invoices and supporting accounts administration
- Processing subcontractor invoices and records
About you:
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Excel is a must!
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
- Comfortable managing a varied workload
- A good communicator and team player
Previous administration experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. Full training will be provided.
