Air Conditioning Installation Engineer £38,000 to £42,000 per annum plus optional overtime Company van with personal use, fuel card and health cover Location: Sheffield Full-time, Permanent A full order book stretching into next year and beyond, varied installation work and a team where people stay for years. This Air Conditioning Installation Engineer opportunity offers the chance to join a business with over 40 years of trading behind it. The company works across domestic properties and commercial premises, including restaurants, offices, manufacturing facilities, schools and care settings. As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you’ll join an experienced team with a mix of repeat customers and new projects. If you enjoy installation work and want somewhere to settle, this Air Conditioning Installation Engineer role offers a strong pipeline of work, opportunities to develop your skills and a company van you can use outside work. About the role The main focus is installing air conditioning systems in domestic and commercial properties, with most jobs within a two-hour drive of the Sheffield office. As an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer, you’ll work with equipment from manufacturers including Mitsubishi, Fujitsu and Panasonic, covering split, multi-split, VRF and heat recovery systems. You’ll also support fault-finding and repairs when needed, recording your work on a tablet. What you’ll need You’ll be an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer with an F-Gas qualification and a strong background in domestic and commercial installations. Confidence diagnosing faults, basic IT skills and pride in completing a tidy, reliable installation are essential. The team is looking for someone dependable who works well with others and gets on with the job. The package You’ll receive a company van with personal use, fuel card, uniform and Westfield Health cover. Holiday allowance is 22 days plus bank holidays, with your birthday off as well. Optional overtime is available, alongside opportunities to learn new skills and progress within the business. Several team members have been with the company for over ten years.
