Description
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Analyse financial performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance-related matters within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Strong experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and using relevant software tools.
- A proactive and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Job Offer
- Daily rate of £500 to £600, dependent on the level of experience.
