About the role

Randstad Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for flexible, day-to-day and short-term supply cover across Leeds.
Key requirements
HLTA status (or equivalent level 4 qualification / recognised teaching qualification).
Demonstrable UK classroom experience covering whole classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
Confident behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high engagement levels.
Experience delivering tailored intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy.
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
