You’ll be joining a leading manufacturer in Fareham, supporting a calm, close-knit finance team as they transition their accounts payable function overseas. This is a temporary role so you’ll hit the ground running, get stuck into meaningful work, and help keep the wheels turning for a business that’s growing fast. \n

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:\n
\n

\n
• Processing around 1000 invoices per month
\n
• Reconciling supplier statements
\n
• Assisting with payment runs
\n
• Navigating the complexities of international tax rules
\n
• Working closely with the supply chain team
\n
• Ensuring smooth handover as the AP function transitions overseas
\n

What you will need:\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience in accounts payable, finance assistant, or similar roles
\n
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to check your own work
\n
• Experience with Netsuite (or similar finance systems)
\n
• Calm, methodical personality suited to a quiet, professional office
\n
