Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum + Performance Bonus (Realistic OTE up to £36,000)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Role Overview
Seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor / Aftersales Specialist to join our busy workshop reception team. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and our workshop technicians, you will ensure a seamless experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover and ongoing client care.
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Specialist, or Aftersales Coordinator in an automotive main dealer or fast-paced service environment.
- Outstanding communication skills, a professional phone manner, and solid IT literacy.
- Strong organizational ability with a focus on delivering high customer satisfaction scores.
- Full UK driving licence.

- Base: Bexhill-on-Sea
- Road Links: Conveniently situated just off the main A259 coast road, providing quick links between Hastings, Eastbourne, and Pevensey.
