Job description:
Central Recruitment is looking for an experienced Machine Operative worker to join a well-established Manufacturing business working in Burnley. This is temporary to permanent position for the successful candidate
Duties include:
- Operating a machine manufacturing plastic products
- Managing the running of various machines around the factory floor
- Packing products, which includes wrapping, weighing and palliating goods.
- Following work instructions and customer specifications
- Working as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Quality checking the product at differnt stages of production
- Driving a Counterbalance FLT to move pallets at the end of the machine
This role would be suited for an individual that is/has:
- Machine Operating experience
- Numerate/Literate
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Used to busy factory environment
- Has a Counterbalance FLT and previous experience operating
Hours of work Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
Candidates applying for this role must have previous machine operating experience and have a counterbalance certificate, an out of date one will be considered, but experience is a must.
