Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £93 – £110 per day, depending on experience

GSL Education is looking for motivated Teaching Assistants to join a school in Grantham.
If you are considering becoming a teacher and want to understand what working in a classroom is really like, this could be an excellent starting point. We welcome applications from aspiring teachers, graduates and university students who are keen to gain practical school experience.
You will work alongside experienced teaching staff while supporting pupils with their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist pupils with classroom tasks and activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
- Encourage positive engagement with learning.
- Support classroom routines and positive behaviour.
- Help pupils build confidence and independence.
- Assist teachers with resources and activities.
- Contribute to an inclusive school environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a positive and caring approach.
- Enjoys working with children and young people.
- Communicates well with pupils and staff.
- Is reliable and adaptable.
- Previous education, childcare or youth-work experience is advantageous.
- Is interested in pursuing teaching or another education career.
