Permanent Accounts Assistant Opportunity! Team Valley Location! Gateshead! WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU? Annual base Salary of up to GBP33,000 37.5 hour weeks! Monday to Friday working hours, 8.30pm-4.30pm. My client is very flexible, you can also work 8-4 or 9-5. THE BUSINESS Our client is a highly reputable home improvements business who continue to go from strength to strength. Due to continual growth, they seek to appoint an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. THE ROLE Update daily banking and card transaction reconciliations. Maintain accurate debtor ledger accounts Ensure delivery dates per accounting system match that of operational systems Complete weekly bookkeeping journals Complete adhoc variance analysis work Aid with stock valuation calculations Cover holiday and absence workflow in accounts receivable department. Other duties as required within accounts department THE PERSON 3 Years+ Accounts Assistant experience in similar roles Sage experience essential Ability to commute to Team Valley 5 days per week.
