Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role To work in and oversee the assigned station / section and the relevant colleagues to ensure that food products are prepared according to the standard required.To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.To follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure that the outlet's food cost is in line with budget.To train as necessary in the preparation and presentation of the itemsTo suggest alternative menu items, meet specific guest requests and interact with guests to meet and exceed their culinary expectations. About you You will have proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a hotel environment. You are confident in managing a specific kitchen section, maintaining high culinary standards, and working efficiently under pressure. A reliable team player, you support colleagues in consistently delivering exceptional dishes.
