Part-Time Live-Out Cook

We are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced part-time live-out Cook for a minimum of 8 months or more. The role involves cooking for 2 adults and being able to cook in bulk storable meals for a few days, together with cleanup of kitchen after to ensure it is kept immaculately clean and tidy with high hygiene standards. The role will be carried out over a few hours twice a week. So ideally Monday (cooking for Monday until Thursday evening) and then Friday (cooking for Friday until Sunday evening). The timings on those days can be flexible. We are looking for home-style cooking with adequate portions for two people to last for few days. It needs to be healthy, nutritious and good to store and reheat. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is an experienced home cook, able to prepare fresh, healthy and varied meals suitable for breastfeeding. Importantly they should be proactive in planning meals in advance and manage food preparation and the kitchen/fridge efficiently without resulting in much waste. We are looking for someone dependable, personable, highly organised with keen attention to detail and works to a high standard and cleanliness. They should also be proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing without constant direction. They should be experienced in working in private homes and able to commit to doing this long term.
