Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) Location: Weston–super–Mare, Somerset Job Type: Full–Time Long Term (5 days a week), Day to Day Supply Pay Rate: 95– 105 per day Job Overview Supply Staff Ltd is recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in primary schools in Weston–super–Mare. This is an excellent opportunity for supportive, motivated individuals who want to help pupils engage with lessons, develop their skills and achieve their potential. We welcome applications from candidates with relevant experience who are looking for flexible supply work or longer–term placements. Key Responsibilities Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities. Help teachers deliver engaging and accessible learning activities. Provide individual and small–group assistance where needed. Encourage pupils to participate, develop confidence and work independently. Promote positive behaviour and a productive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with teachers and other school staff. Requirements Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting. A supportive, patient and proactive attitude. Good communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. An understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential. Why Supply Staff Ltd?
