Sales Consultant – Charlton

Dove & Hawk are, once again, partnering with a leading multi-branch estate agency specialising in both residential and commercial property across Southeast London. They are now looking for a Sales Consultant to extend their team in Charlton to tackle expansion and continued success.

What’s on offer

• Basic salary: £22,000 – £26,000 (depending on experience)
• OTE: £40,000 – £50,000+ first year (uncapped commission)
• Commission from Day 1: Join a collaborative team with a pooled commission structure, so you benefit from shared success right away.
• Working hours: Mon-Thu, 9:00-18:30, Fri, 9:00-18:00 – Every other Saturday, 9:30am-5pm (with a day off in lieu)

• Car Situation: They provide a £250 per month car allowance, or access to pool cars

Requirements

• Experience: At least 12 months of residential sales experience
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.
• Local Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Charlton, and surrounding areas
• Target-Oriented: Capable of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (calls, viewings, offers, and sales).
• Client-Focused: Committed to surpassing client expectations
• Personality Traits: A motivated, target-driven attitude, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driving Licence: Essential for the role.
