Site Construction Manager

Our client is looking for a Site Construction Manager to support the delivery of a major renewable energy project. Key Responsibilities Measure completed works against set KPIs to support assessment of payment applications and the management of NEC Contracts (or similar). Ensure site activities comply with planning consents and SHE legislation, and that the Contractor provides sufficiently detailed weekly reporting as part of the project deliverables. Monitor and record key deliverables including earthworks, civils construction, substation/overhead line construction, and commissioning activities. Ensure the project is executed in accordance with relevant requirements, particularly statutory and legal obligations, health & safety, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations, quality & technical compliance, and internal & external stakeholder management. Represent the business on-site, acting as the key point of contact for the project, and interact proactively with the appointed contractor(s) and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the works are delivered to the project programme safely and responsibly. Develop effective positive relationships with contractors, suppliers, and the community, acting as a leader on site and champion for an effective and collaborative safety culture.
