The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to join a well-regarded and inclusive secondary school in the Greenwich area from September. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality subject teaching, support pupil progress, and contribute positively to a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced practitioner, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term or permanent role ahead of the new academic year.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in your subject specialism
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed secondary classroom environment
• Assess, track, and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required
• Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school or relevant training placement
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• A reflective, adaptable, and pupil-focused approach
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high standards of teaching
