Sales Associate
Residential Property Sales | Canary Wharf
A well-established and highly respected residential property business is looking to hire an ambitious Sales Associate to support the sales consultant for their Canary Wharf office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator who is ready to step up into a broader role with greater responsibility, autonomy, and clear progression.
The Opportunity
You will be a sales-focused person in the office, managing the full sales journey from initial market appraisal through to completion. The role suits someone who is commercially driven, proactive in winning business, and confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative office culture.
The office operates in a strong, high-value market with an established pipeline and genuine earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end residential sales process including sales progression
- Generate new business and property sales
- Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local contacts
- Identify and maximise referral opportunities
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of the office and wider business
About You
- Current experience as a Senior Negotiator within residential property sales
- Ready to step into a more senior role in an established office
- Strong business development mindset and activity-driven approach
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and confident in your ability to perform
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Keen to develop listing skills further if not already fully established
- High-value market experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary: £28,000-30,000, with additional car allowance of £2975
- Commission structure: uncapped, with performance accelerators.
- Realistic first 12 month earnings: approximately £65k - 75k, year 2 £80k -85k

Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday with occassional Saturday's.
- 08:45 to 18:00
- Office-based role with local travel for valuations and viewings
- Some weekend work may be required occasionally, with time off in lieu
