Electrical Fitter

£15.08-£16.12p/h DOE, 4 day working week, perm contract after passing probation period, clean modern manufacturing environment, overtime paid at a premium, full production training

We are seeking an Electrical Fitter to join our market-leading and rapidly growing automotive company in Cleckheaton. You will assist with the manufacture of specialist vehicles, focusing on electrical systems and installations.

This electrical fitter role is ideal for individuals with experience in electrics in any capacity. Full production training would be given, so direct vehicle experience is not essential however having an electrical background is. It would also suit newly qualified people looking to build a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities of the electrical fitter

• Running wiring looms through vehicles
• Terminating and connecting cables to systems (e.g., lights, beacons, reversing cameras etc)
• Splicing, trunking, and soldering
• Supporting the assembly of specialist vehicle electrical systems.
• General electrical fitter duties
