Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Pay: £120 per day minimum
Role Type: Part-time - Flexible - 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m

Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We are looking for a dedicated Secondary Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Cardiff and surrounding areas.
This isn't just about supervising a room—it’s an incredibly rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll actively support pupils with emotional health, wellbeing, and additional learning needs, giving them the stability and encouragement they need to succeed every single day.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Supervise lessons across various subjects in the teacher's absence, keeping pupils safe and focused.
Guide and mentor pupils with emotional health needs to build confidence and positive behavior.
Maintain high standards of inclusion, safeguarding, and child protection.
What We’re Looking For
Degree level qualified
A background in education, teaching support, or youth work (SEMH experience is a huge plus).
An Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) and EWC registration, or willingness to get them.
Strong communication skills, empathy, resilience, and confidence managing classroom dynamics.
