Job Description:
Vetro are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a team at a primary school on the Wirral. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support classroom teaching and contribute to the development of our students within a vibrant school environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your daily duties will include:
Providing class cover and supporting teaching activities across the school.
Leading small group interventions and 1-1 support to enhance student learning outcomes.
Assisting with planning and delivering lessons, including phonics and maths support, in collaboration with the class teacher.
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and motivating learners to achieve their potential.
Liaising with the SENCO and outside agencies to ensure tailored support for individual students.
