The role:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one, in small groups or alongside the class teacher.

• Helping children develop their confidence, engagement and independence.

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required.

• Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom preparation.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• Gaining valuable experience to support your future career in education.

Who we're looking for:

• Graduates with a degree in any subject, particularly those interested in education, psychology, sports, English, maths or child development.

• Individuals with a positive, patient and proactive approach.

• Strong communicators who enjoy working with children and young people.

• Candidates interested in pursuing teacher training or a longer-term career in education.

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
