Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge?We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and warehouse experience to take ownership of daily operations, develop a team, and play a key role in driving operational success.

You'll be responsible for overseeing both Goods In and Dispatch activities, ensuring products move through the warehouse safely, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse colleagues on a day-to-day basis
  
  
• Oversee Goods In and Dispatch operations, ensuring smooth workflow across both areas
  
  
• Manage inbound deliveries, stock receipt, checking and put-away processes
  
  
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched accurately and on time
  
  
• Monitor workloads and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational targets
  
  
• Maintain high standards of productivity, quality, attendance and health & safety compliance
  
  
• Support employee performance management, training and development
  
  
• Conduct team briefings, one-to-one meetings and performance reviews
  
  
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions where required
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels
  
  
• Work closely with internal departments and external delivery partners to ensure seamless operations
  
  
• Support management with projects, stock takes and peak trading periods
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience supervising or leading teams within a warehouse or logistics environment
  
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, goods-in and dispatch processes
  
  
• Experience managing employee performance, attendance and productivity
  
  
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
  
  
• Ability to make decisions and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• A proactive, hands-on management style
  
  
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  
  

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience within pick and pack operations
  
  
• Reach Truck licence or experience
  
  
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  
  
• Experience working in KPI-driven environments
