Zest Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming schools throughout Staffordshire on a day-to-day basis.

About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across a range of year groups, ensuring learning continues in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of primary schools, building your experience and developing new professional relationships.
Roles can range from single-day bookings to short-term placements, giving you the flexibility to choose assignments that suit your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups.
- Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged in learning.
- Provide feedback to schools following each assignment.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful applicant will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
- Be confident teaching across a range of year groups.
- Have excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be flexible, reliable, and professional.
- Be able to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality education.
