Composite Laminators – Multiple Opportunities | Fontwell Morson Talent is currently recruiting multiple Skilled Composite Laminators for an exciting long-term contract based in FontwellWe welcome applications from experienced laminators across a range of industries. Whether your background is in motorsport or Automotive we’d be keen to hear from you.Rates & Shift Patterns
Excellent rates are available and have recently been increased. Pay will be dependent on your experience and the shift pattern worked.Available shifts include:

Days: Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend overtime)
Nights: Monday evening to Friday morning
Weekend Days: Friday to Monday
Additional hours may be required during peak production periods to meet project deadlines. 
What We’re Looking For
To be considered, you should have:

Experience as a Composite Laminator within motorsport or automotive,industry
The ability to manufacture composite components to tight tolerances.
A strong understanding of composite materials, including pre-preg carbon fibre.
Confidence interpreting and working from engineering drawings.
The ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Additional Information


Outside IR35 opportunities available, subject to contract criteria.
Candidates must supply their own hand tools and safety footwear.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
