Digital Print & Finishing OperatorLocation: Chesterfield, Derbyshire Shifts: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00 22:00About the Role:Due to continued growth, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Digital Print & Finishing Operator to join our industry-leading team. Based at our Chesterfield site, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our print and finishing department, taking responsibility for the full production process-from file preparation through to final quality control and packing. Key Responsibilities:
Operate a range of digital print and finishing equipmentManage the full print workflow, including ripping files and sending jobs to printOperate digital cutters and complete packing of finished productsPerform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in optimal conditionCarry out thorough quality control checks on all outputMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment in line with SOPs and health & safety standardsWork flexibly across day and afternoon shifts to support business demand

About You:
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality workPassion for print and finishing processesAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExperience in small-format digital print and finishing (Jetrix and Kongsberg preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided)Proficient with software such as Onyx Thrive and/or Print Factory (desirable)Highly computer literate and numerate, with good problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetFlexible and adaptable approach to working hours
