Our client is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner for the following role:

Role description:
The successful candidate will ensure continuous alignment between Business, IT, and End Users.

Requirements & Functional Ownership
• Understand and consolidate :
• End-user needs (shopfloor)
• Functional specifications of the BCA MVP
• Facilitate translation between business expectations and technical delivery

On-site Facilitation (Factory Engagement)
• Act directly on the shopfloor to:
• Clarify expectations
• Resolve gaps
• Ensure adoption readiness
Business Impact & Process Assessment
• Engage and align Process Owners
• Update processes where required and secure formal validation
Architecture & Validation Support
• Engage Business Architects
• Drive: Solution validation
• Potential HLDD (High-Level Design Document) production
Industrialisation & Governance Support
Support with key internal governance processes:
• Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
• Data classification
• Overall transition from PoC ? industrialised product

Candidate Profile
Must-have:
• Strong Product Owner / Senior BA hybrid profile
• Experience in:
• Manufacturing / shopfloor environments
• Business process analysis & transformation
• Ability to operate on-site with stakeholders (factory environment)

Highly valuable:
• Experience with:
• SAP / MES environments
• GCP or data/AI platforms
• Strong stakeholder management across:
• Business
• IT
• End users

Critical success factors:
• Credibility with blue-collar end users
• Strong facilitation & conflict resolution skills
• Ability to bridge strategy ? operations
