Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. You will be expected to handle transactions accurately and efficiently, as well as restock merchandise as needed to ensure product availability.

In addition to customer service, you will also assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and participating in regular inventory counts. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and respond to customer inquiries. A passion for retail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving will contribute to your success in this fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
