Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and restocked as needed.

In addition to customer interaction, you will handle cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will assist in inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing inventory control measures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
