Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. You will be responsible for processing transactions at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments accurately, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

In addition to customer service duties, the Retail Assistant will assist in merchandising and inventory management. This includes replenishing stock, arranging displays to attract customer attention, and conducting regular inventory checks to ensure product availability. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of customers. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
