Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your duties will include greeting customers, answering questions about products, and guiding them through the purchasing process. You will also be responsible for maintaining the presentation of the store, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the sales floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Key responsibilities also include processing transactions accurately using the point of sale system, handling customer returns and exchanges, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
